AHNT is seeking a Deputy CEO to help drive the strategic direction and success as AHNT enters a stage of growth and enhanced capability. You will help in delivering the tripartite Partnership Agreement for Remote Housing in the Northern Territory worth $4 billion over 10 years. You will support the CEO by managing the day-to-day operations of AHNT including assisting in managing contracts, staff and recruitment, preparing funding applications and reports, proposing new initiatives and advising on business systems and processes.

The incumbent works closely with the Policy and Secretariat Lead, Committee members, the wider SNAICC team and key stakeholders to grow the work of the Committee and SNAICC to build a strong jurisdictional and national voice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families.

As part of the Policy & Research team at SNAICC, the incumbent reports to the Manager, Closing the Gap Policy and Partnerships and will supervise the Our Booris Our Way Implementation Oversight Committee secretariat team, including coordinating workflow. The incumbent works closely with the Chair of the Our Booris Our Way Implementation Oversight Committee and the wider SNAICC team and key stakeholders to grow the work of SNAICC to build a strongjurisdictional and national voice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families.
